Personal Trainer in North Shore Sydney
Today I was over in the Lower North Shore running a personal training session.
Actually I was in Waverton, and I was running a mums group fitness class with Khali as today the girls wanted to do a boxing session and I happened to be in the area and needed to catch up with Khali anyway.
The day was excellent and Waverton Park is one of the nicest spots on the Lower North Shore to be running a personal training session.
The session went well and there was the usual mayhem that accompanies a mums fitness group in the Lower North Shore.
I then had to head back to Willoughby for a 1 on 1 training session. Well actually it was more of an assessment, as I had to take a new client through a 7 point functional movement screen in order to be able to correctly write a suitable program for her.
