Personal Training Sydney and South Coast

Hey, well this weekend I am traveling down the south coast of NSW about 300 km from Sydney to a place called Bawley Point.
As it is a Bank holiday and Melanie has Monday off we decided to get away for 3 days.
While we away we will most certainly be maintaining our fitness and health regime. Hopefully, we will take some photos again and I will post them up here when we get back.

I wanted to quickly share this recipe with you guys as well it is for Salmon Patties.

take 1 large can of Salmon (410g)
36 almonds (grind to powder in a coffee grinder)
2 eggs
1 large grated carrot
1/2 an onion finely chopped

Drain the salmon and put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together.

Then make small balls the size of an egg and put them into a fry pan with a little bit of olive oil and cook until brownish.

You need to slowly flatten the balls out as it cooks. Be careful not to break the patties.
