Kettlebells are an absolutely awesome piece of kit.
The most fun seminars i have been to as a fitness pro have been the Kettlebell Courses .
I went to the Steve Cotter seminar when he was down under in 2007 and I will be checking itout again when he is here in 2008, I also completed my kettlebell instructors course with Don Stevenson from Octogen.
Beieng a martial artist for most of my life I tend to be quite discerning when it comes to training methodologies.
Once i get an idea as to whether or not I feel the training can benefit me as a martial artist i either peg it or stick with it.
Kettlebell training when performed correctly will without a doubt skyrocket your performance.
Power, strength and anaerobic attibutes can be developed with the use of a kettlebell or 2!
The Humble Kettlebell and asociated exercise is such a versatile and useful addition to your overall fitness plans.
Kettlebell training is part of my training life and I recommend that if you are serious about gaining real world results from your exercise, you should seek out an experienced and certified instructor.
