Personal Training in Sydney Day Off

Today was my day off personal training myself, but i did do some training sessions or my clients this morning at the gym.

I started with a buddy session, 2 awesome guys, Matt and Shane.

Got them doing some assisted pullups, planks & 1 legged squats triplex followed by band rows, 1 leg dead lifts and side planks.

Then on to some boxing and prisoner squats. It was a good session and the guys seemed to be enjoying themselves.

Next up I had Tim who loves his Friday Boxing Session working his combos and evasive counter punching drills.

I have to go op the bathroom floor now!!
