Trying to do Personal Training sydney Sesisons is always a challenge outdoors when it is raining.
I try to get myself and anyone else I am training to train... rain, hail or shine. Although sometimes it can be hard.
The best way to insure a training session goes on regardless of weather is to have a contingency plan.
I have a few options that I use such as local gyms, my own gym and even my clients houses.
This is where kettlebells really shine. Becasue you dont need much space or equipment you can have a really complete workout with just a simple kettlebell.
