Personal Fitness Training Sydney - Cardio

Today my training was some steady state cardio, well not quite.

When I do cardio, which is only after I have done my intervals and resistance training for the week, I like to do change machines every 10 minutes.

Today I started on the stepper, then went to the upright bike, then a crosstrainer type machine, then the recumbent bike and finally the treadmill.

It was a pretty cool workout, although a little dull compared to using kettlebells!

I have to train again now with a friend who is into wing chun, we will be working on his speed, strength and power (what else is there?)
